Venezuela, the most corrupt country in Latin America, according to IT

Chile and Uruguay are the leaders in transparency in Latin America, while Venezuela and Paraguay are perceived as the most corrupt, according to a report published by the German organization Transparency International (TI). In the 2011 edition of its traditional index Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), only three of the twenty Latin American countries in the area approved in perceived transparency of its public sector. "Chile marks the line and the other countries of Latin America followed slowly.
